Question 1

Can I use a model I bought in a commercial project?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unless stated otherwise, assets come with a license open to commercial use. Every product page states the applicable license and its scope; see the licenses page for a detailed comparison.

Question 2

What happens to my files if the seller removes the model?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. The moment you buy, the asset is added to your library; even if the seller unpublishes the product or closes their store, you can download the files again whenever you want.

Question 3

Which file formats can I download?

Accepted Answer

Every format the seller uploaded is in the package — typically FBX, OBJ, GLB/glTF and source files (Blender, 3ds Max). The file list on the product page shows exactly which formats are included before you buy.

Question 4

Are the models game-engine ready?

Accepted Answer

Every model that goes live is reviewed for topology, scale and file integrity. Polygon count, PBR texture resolution and rig information are listed on the product page; you can also filter for game-ready assets.

Question 5

How soon do I get the files after paying?

Accepted Answer

Instantly. The second your payment is confirmed, your download links are ready in your account library; there is no waiting period and no download limit.

Question 6

How do I become a seller and how much do I earn?

Accepted Answer

Filling out the seller application and opening your store takes a few minutes. You set the price and keep 80% of every sale; the rest covers infrastructure, payment and review costs.

Question 7

Are my payments secure?

Accepted Answer

Payments run through protected payment infrastructure and your card details are never stored on our servers. Your account and personal data are processed under applicable data protection law.

Question 8

What if I can't find the model I'm looking for?

Accepted Answer
